March 3 Official PTRA testing (open to all)
March 17 Non Points Index Nationals
April 6-7 (All classes except 4.90 Index)
May 12 (4.90 Index only PTRA points Race 1)
May 25-26 with 5th Annual Mad Dawg/Stick Shift
June 15-16
July 20-21 with Small Block Nitrous Nationals
August 17-18 (ZMAX Dragway)

The first PTRA points event of 2012 lands at Mooresville Dragway. All classes except 4.90 index will be contested. The first points event for 4.90 index will be May 12 at Mooresville along side a Summit Points Event and the Quick 8 Renegades. Subsequently, all events will feature all categories. April 6 will mark the beginning of Ten Five Friday highlighting the return of Top Street and a non points event for Performance Street. One round of qualifying for all PTRA categories will be on tap plus testing on Friday. Get ready for a big blast of action to start the heads-up year off right!

The first ever John Idol Memorial Index Nationals held at Mooresville Dragway featuring big money 6.00, 7.00 and PTE racing.

The season gets underway with a test session featuring all the PTRA racers. The PTRA Warm Up on March 3.

A few changes have been made to the schedule. The May 4-5 race has been moved up to April 6-7. The August 17-18 event has been moved to a different venue: ZMAX Dragway!
